I want to shoot athletes, not models. Be ready to sweat, run, lift, or however you train. During our shoot, you just need to be the athlete you are training to be. You don't need to worry about what to do with your hands, how to pose, etc. If you are a runner, we are going to run. If you are a powerlifter, we are going to deadlift, If you are a yogi, we are going to do yoga.
